Job summary

Fernwood Women's Health Clubs is seeking a part-time Membership Sales Consultant in Ballarat to drive sales of our health memberships and change lives daily. You will work with new and existing clients in a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities include engaging potential members, delivering excellent service, and meeting sales targets while maintaining precise records. Training, development subsidies, and a range of benefits are provided, including free membership and discounts for

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to work mornings, late afternoons/evenings, and Saturday mornings.
• Passion for health, fitness and helping others.
• Knowledge of Fernwood memberships is a plus.

As a Membership Sales Consultant, you are self-motivated and driven to achieve your KPIs in a dynamic sales team. You'll be responsible for driving sales of Fernwood's comprehensive range of health and fitness memberships to new and existing clients, while changing lives every day. This part-time role at Fernwood Women's Health Clubs in Ballarat offers an excellent opportunity to join a supportive, high-energy team

What you'll be doing

Actively engage with potential members to understand their fitness goals and recommend the most suitable Fernwood membership.

Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all Fernwood members.

Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and member information.

Continuously deepen your product knowledge to provide members with accurate, helpful information.

What we're looking for

Passion for health, fitness and providing an exceptional customer experience.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.

Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to handle customer inquiries effectively.

Highly motivated and driven to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Flexible and available to work a mix of mornings, late afternoon/early evenings and Saturday mornings.

Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within the fitness or health and wellness industry.
