Zap Fitness is recruiting a Membership Services Representative to be the face of the member experience in the club. You will create a welcoming, high-quality experience for every member interaction, support enquiries, and help members stay motivated on their fitness journey.

The Opportunity

As a Membership Services Representative, you’ll be the face of that experience in your club.

You’ll create a welcoming, high-quality experience for every member interaction, building strong relationships, supporting members with their enquiries, and helping them stay motivated on their fitness journey. Your ability to connect with people will play a key role in helping members start their fitness journey with Zap, feel confident, supported, and excited to keep showing up.

This role blends sales, service and operational support, requiring someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and takes pride in delivering premium service at every touchpoint.

The right candidate will have:
