Zap Fitness 24/7 is Australia’s fastest-growing 24-hour gym chain, inviting you to join as a Membership Services Representative. You’ll greet members, handle enquiries, and help them stay motivated on their fitness journey.

The role blends sales, service and operational support in a fast-moving club environment. The right candidate has proven premium customer service experience, a passion for fitness, and strong communication skills.

Formación

• Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced premium customer service role.
• Interest and passion for health and fitness.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to perform in an autonomous environment.
• Be available to work Saturdays and some days during the week.
• Previous sales experience is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver premium member service and handle enquiries at the club.
• Build strong relationships with members to support motivation and retention.
• Assist with club operations and member onboarding.
• Drive sales and memberships through the commission structure.
