Job summary

Zap Fitness in Hobart seeks a Membership Services Representative to be the face of the club, delivering a welcoming, high-quality experience for every member interaction and helping members stay motivated on their fitness journey.

You will blend sales, service and operational support in a fast-moving environment, connecting with people, handling enquiries, and supporting member onboarding. Availability on Saturdays and some weekdays is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced premium customer service role.
• Interest and passion for health and fitness.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to perform in an autonomous environment.
• Available to work Saturdays and some weekdays.

The Opportunity

As a Membership Services Representative, you’ll be the face of that experience in your club.

You’ll create a welcoming, high-quality experience for every member interaction, building strong relationships, supporting members with their enquiries, and helping them stay motivated on their fitness journey. Your ability to connect with people will play a key role in helping members start their fitness journey with Zap, feel confident, supported, and excited to keep showing up.

This role blends sales, service and operational support, requiring someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and takes pride in delivering premium service at every touchpoint.

Because when members feel welcomed, supported and valued, showing up for their fitness goals becomes the easiest decision they make all day.

The right candidate will have:

• Demonstrated experience and success in a fast-pacedpremium customer service role

• Interest and passion for health and fitness

• Intermediate computer skills

• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills

• Ability to perform in an autonomous environment

• Be available to work Saturdays and some days during the week

• Previous sales experience is desirable
