Zap Fitness 24/7 in Melbourne is seeking a Membership Services Representative to be the face of the club, delivering a welcoming, high-quality experience for every member interaction.

You will support members with enquiries, help them stay motivated on their fitness journey, and blend sales with service in a fast-paced environment. The role offers a competitive hourly rate with commission and a staff gym membership.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced premium customer service roles.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Able to work autonomously.
• Weekend availability including Saturdays.
• Sales experience is desirable.
