Job summary

Belgravia Leisure invites applications for a Guest Experience Officer at Gurri Wanyarra Wellbeing Centre in Kangaroo Flat, Bendigo. You will drive new memberships for Health and Fitness and Learn to Swim while meeting sales targets and delivering superb guest service.

You will work with a team, using strong communication and negotiation skills, and will help guests with information, tours, and enrolments, while adhering to company processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in delivering customer experience and sales.
• Ability to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Experience using POS systems and handling enquiries.

Responsibilities

• Achieve set sales targets on a daily basis.
• Provide exceptional guest experience in person and over the phone.
• Conduct tours to convert prospects to membership.
• Process memberships and data entry accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of centre services and activities.
• Apply cash handling principles and use POS systems.
