Job summary

The Art Gallery Society of New South Wales (AGS) is seeking a dedicated Membership Programs Coordinator to support the development and delivery of AGS's dynamic events program. This part-time role (22.8 hours per week) runs Wednesday to Saturday, combining onsite gallery moments with offsite activities.

• Support the setup, delivery and pack-down of AGS events and programs
• Assist with event operations including run sheets, attendance checks, seating and crowd management
• Liaise professionally with members, presenters, caterers, volunteers and staff
• Contribute to the development and coordination of a broad range of AGS events and programs
• Support the delivery of offsite and online events to the highest level of customer service and engagement
• Provide excellent customer service to members and visitors before, during and after events

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Membership Programs Coordinator to support the development and delivery of AGS's dynamic events program. Working closely with the Membership Engagement team, you will help deliver lectures, concerts, tours, workshops and special events both onsite at the Art Gallery and offsite.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced programs environment and has a strong customer-service mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Support the setup, delivery and pack-down of AGS events and programs
