Job summary

Goodlife Health Clubs in Queensland seeks a Sales Consultant (Member Support Consultant) to drive new memberships. You will greet members, present, and convert leads, and guide members through their fitness journey with positive, personalised interactions.

The role emphasizes energy, motivation, and delivering outstanding customer outcomes within a fast-paced, people-first club environment.

Qualifications

• Current First Aid & CPR certificates.
• Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life and help them achieve goals.
• Ability to solve problems and overcome obstacles.
• Outstanding communication abilities—listen, understand, empathise and influence.
• Tenacity with a drive to achieve individual targets and team goals.
• Customer focused with a desire to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contribute to club sales budget using promotions and referrals campaigns.
• Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach and referrals.
• Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise opportunities.
• Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
• Create great member journeys via positive, personalised interactions.
• Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries.
• Open and close the club per roster.
• Participate in member retention programs to keep members engaged.
• Regular service calls to new and existing members to promote club-based products.
