Job summary

Everi Pty is seeking an Operations & Membership Officer to shape growth for a national association representing suppliers of packaging and processing automation, technology and equipment. You will drive member services, events, partnerships and communications to strengthen engagement.

The role requires 5+ years in a customer-facing or operations-focused role, strong CRM/MS Office skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing, coordination or business operations role (association, events or B2B environment preferred).
• Experience in an industry association or membership organisation.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identifying, targeting and converting new member companies to drive satisfaction, retention and growth.
• Coordinating the association's presence at domestic and international trade events, from stand design and staffing through to marketing and lead follow-up.
• Building and nurturing relationships with sponsors and service partners, and pitching new partners that resonate with the membership.
• Driving member communications across newsletters, LinkedIn, forums and other digital channels, including publications and member content.
• Delivering clear, timely reporting on acquisition, sponsorship revenue, event performance and marketing engagement.
• Managing the association's recurring events calendar, including its flagship exhibition, an annual awards program, and other member gatherings.
