Job summary

CRANAplus is a not-for-profit, membership-based health organisation delivering services to nurses, midwives and other health professionals across remote Australia. The Membership Lead and Conference Coordinator oversees membership administration, engagement initiatives and communications, while coordinating the annual CRANAplus conference from planning through to delivery.

• Experience in membership management, events planning, customer service, or similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead membership growth, engagement and retention.
• Coordinate planning and delivery of the annual conference and events.
• Serve as the primary contact for member inquiries and support.
• Oversee data reporting and membership databases to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with GM MSWS and conference management partner on budgets, timelines and communications.
