Job summary

NRMA is seeking an experienced Change & Communications Lead (Membership) to join our Project Management Office. This dual‑focus role drives change management across the Membership portfolio and coordinates internal communications and engagement for the division.

You’ll work across Agile and traditional delivery, partnering with project teams and leaders to translate complex information into clear messages, build engagement for the MyNRMA Rewards program, and ensure change is understood and

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience across change management, internal communications and employee engagement.
• Proven, structured change management with frontline readiness.
• Experience delivering change across multiple concurrent projects using Agile and/or traditional delivery.
• Experience planning internal communications for a business unit or enterprise audience across multiple channels.
• Experience designing and managing employee engagement initiatives, incentive programs or similar participation activities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder and change impact assessments and scale the change response.
• Develop and deliver integrated change, communication, engagement and readiness plans.
• Maintain an integrated Membership change view and manage dependencies.
• Prepare frontline teams with readiness materials (FAQs, messages, leader packs).
• Plan and facilitate stakeholder workshops and readiness reviews.
• Conduct readiness checks, identify risks and gaps, and capture lessons.
• Develop and deliver an integrated Membership internal communications plan.
• Plan and manage Membership Town Halls and executive communications.
• Draft and publish internal communications across channels.
• Deliver engagement activities to uplift MyNRMA Rewards understanding and participation.
• Measure reach and adoption to improve future activity.
