The NRMA seeks an experienced Change & Communications Lead (Membership) to join our Project Management Office. This dual-focus role drives change management across the Membership portfolio and coordinates internal communications for the division.

You will work across Agile and traditional delivery, build readiness materials, and lead Membership communications, including MyNRMA Rewards. This full-time hybrid role requires Sydney CBD or Olympic Park work with flexible home-based options.

Competenze

• Relevant qualification in communications, business, marketing or related discipline.
• Change management certification such as Prosci or ADKAR with practical application.
• 5+ years’ experience across change management, internal communications and employee engagement.
• Experience delivering change and communications across Agile and/or traditional delivery.
• Strong written, verbal and editorial skills to tailor messages by audience.

Mansioni

• Conduct stakeholder and change impact assessments to scale the change response.
• Develop and deliver integrated change, communication, engagement and readiness plans.
• Maintain an integrated Membership view of change, dependencies and adoption risks.
• Prepare teams with readiness materials (FAQs, messages, leader packs).
• Plan and facilitate workshops, showcases, briefings and readiness reviews.
• Develop Membership internal communications across channels and Town Halls for leadership.
• Measure reach and engagement, iterating based on feedback.
