Job summary

PCYC Caboolture is seeking a Membership and Sales Officer to strengthen member and customer experiences. You will handle enquiries, provide information, and participate in up-selling and cross-selling of PCYC services. The role also includes cash handling at POS devices and light office admin tasks.

The successful candidate will join a community-focused team, deliver great customer care, and help members grow their sense of belonging. Training and safety policies are in place.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months experience in customer service or sales.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates (or ability to obtain).
• Qualification in Fitness, Sport and Recreation or interest in developing in this area (nice to have but not required).

Responsibilities

• Respond to club enquiries with advice and information.
• Upsell and cross-sell PCYC products and services.
• Prepare point-of-sale devices including cash registers and electronic swipe devices.
• Assist with basic office administration.
• Contribute to a welcoming, supportive atmosphere for members.
