Job summary

Envoyage, part of Flight Centre Travel Group, is hiring a Customer-Focused Member Support Specialist to join our Australia team in Sydney. You’ll be the go-to contact for independent advisors and agencies, handling onboarding, day-to-day account management and issue resolution.

With 2+ years in travel or customer service, you’ll use Salesforce and Microsoft Teams to keep operations smooth, drive engagement, and support retention across our three brands.

Qualifications

• Experience in a B2B or B2C customer service, account management or membership services environment.
• Strong relationship-building skills with a passion for customer service.
• Advanced problem-solving ability with a solutions-focused mindset.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident presenting to groups and facilitating training sessions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of and passion for the travel industry.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities with ease.
• Willingness to embrace new technologies, including AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the Network (30%): first point of contact for member enquiries via Salesforce, phone and email, with end-to-end ownership.
• Onboard New Members (30%): manage end-to-end onboarding, provide education materials and system set-ups.
• Bring the Community Together (20%): coordinate inductions, network days and supplier events, gather feedback.
• Keep the Network Connected (20%): draft communications, maintain knowledge articles and drive engagement.
