Job summary

Lifestyle Tradie Group is seeking a motivated Member Success Manager to be the heartbeat of our member experience. You will own onboarding, communications, appointments, CRM activity and reporting, and provide executive support to our Director.

Responsibilities include managing enquiries via multiple channels, the full membership lifecycle, and travel across Australia to events. A proactive, organised, and customer-focused mindset is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-up.
• Genuine customer service mindset and proactive approach.
• Experience with CRM systems and calendar management is advantageous.
• GoHighLevel (GHL) experience highly regarded but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day member experience as the trusted go-to for our member community.
• Manage all member enquiries and communications via phone, email, SMS and WhatsApp.
• Manage the complete membership lifecycle from onboarding to renewal.
• Run new member onboarding, Kick Off Calls and 6-month reviews.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, notes and follow-up actions in GHL.
• Coordinate the Director's schedule for member meetings and events.
• Review member reports and AI insights to identify engagement opportunities and risks.
• Provide executive support to the Director & General Manager.
• Assist with sales qualification for prospective members and billing enquiries.
• Contribute to member communications, events, webinars and retention campaigns.
• Travel across Australia for events (around 14 per year).
