Job summary

Envoyage, part of the Flight Centre Travel Group, is seeking a Member Support Specialist in Australia to be the day-to-day contact for independent travel advisors and agencies. You will support onboarding, network operations and communications to keep our member community thriving, both in person and online.

You will coordinate events, draft updates, and help maintain resources while delivering excellent customer service and building strong industry relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in a B2B or B2C customer service or membership services environment.
• Strong relationship-building and customer-centric approach.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication.
• Advanced problem-solving and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Network: first point of contact for member inquiries via Salesforce, phone and email, resolving issues end-to-end within SLAs.
• Onboard New Members: manage end-to-end onboarding, deliver education materials, set up systems and welcome new members.
• Bring the Community Together: coordinate inductions, network days and supplier events, gather feedback for improvements.
• Keep the Network Connected: draft communications, maintain knowledge articles and drive engagement across channels.
