Job summary

Australian Military Bank is seeking a motivated and customer-focused team member to join our Member Contact Centre in Sydney. You’ll be the first point of contact for members, assisting with everyday banking needs across phone, email and digital channels, delivering friendly, professional service.

You'll help members navigate digital tools, provide solutions across savings, lending, insurance and superannuation, and maintain accurate records to ensure a seamless member experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in inbound or outbound contact centre roles or similar customer-facing environments.
• Genuine passion for helping people and delivering great customer service.
• Strong communication skills and ability to solve problems confidently.
• Proactive team player who adapts quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work on a rotating weekday roster (8:00–18:00) plus one Saturday per month (9:00–12:00).

Responsibilities

• Assist members with everyday banking enquiries across phone, email and online channels.
• Provide friendly, professional service and guide customers through digital banking tools.
• Help members navigate self-service options and explain product features.
• Record interactions accurately and follow up for a seamless member experience.
