Job summary

Metcash, Australia’s leading wholesale distributor, invites applications for an IBA Member Services Coordinator based at Huntingwood, NSW. You’ll support independent liquor retailers across NSW/ACT with promotions, briefs, and program delivery.

You’ll coordinate meetings, manage briefs, and respond to retailer queries, while collaborating with state field operations and the national category team to ensure timely delivery of programs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Liquor industry highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized with ability to prioritise & manage workloads to meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail.
• Intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint programs.

Responsibilities

• Development and construction of retail promotions and programs for all IBA retail brands.
• Coordinate quarterly member IBA meetings and Committee meetings.
• Building of briefs, and proofing of advertising material.
• Meeting the promotional and print deadlines and ensuring accurate information is produced within the agreed timelines.
• Manage the timely delivery and communication of retail programs through to the State Operations team and our retail members.
• General administration duties, responding to retailer and non-liquor trade queries via email, phone and collaborating with the national category team and state field operations team as required.

About The Opportunity

Are you customer-focused, administrative professional that is passionate about supporting independent liquor retailers? Metcash is seeking an IBA Member Services Coordinator to join our high-performing team and help deliver exceptional service to our retail liquor banners across NSW/ACT. This is a 12 -month Fixed Term Contract based in our Huntingwood office.

In this Role
