Job summary

HCF Australia is seeking a Branch Member Consultant at our Marion branch in Adelaide, SA. You will greet members face-to-face and via phone, guiding them through health cover decisions with a strong emphasis on service and needs-based selling.

The role is permanent and part-time, with a schedule of three days a week (Mon-Wed) and occasional Saturday shifts, offering a pro rata salary starting around $66K plus super and incentives.

Qualifications

• Experience in needs-based selling and customer service environments.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with members.
• Comfort with computer systems and process-driven work.

Responsibilities

• Engage members through face-to-face and phone interactions to understand their health cover needs.
• Provide resolutions that exceed member expectations and maintain accurate member data.
• Contribute to community outreach and cross-sell related health products as appropriate.
