Job summary

CareSuper Pty Ltd is seeking a UX/UI Designer to join the Digital team within the Member Experience and Retirement division, reporting to the Digital Experience Manager. You will design and improve digital experiences across channels, turning insights into flows, wireframes and interfaces.

You will collaborate with Experience, Product and Digital teams, lead design system governance, and work with engineers to ensure implementations match the designs.

Qualifications

• Experience in UX or digital design within a customer-facing environment.
• Strong understanding of usability, accessibility and human-centred design best practice.
• Hands-on experience with Figma or similar design tools, and in facilitating user testing.
• Experience working in agile delivery environments (desirable).
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A relevant tertiary qualification in design, digital or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Design member-led digital experiences and user interfaces across our digital channels, turning requirements and insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes and interface designs.
• Create intuitive, accessible and visually consistent interfaces aligned to CareSuper's brand and design standards.
• Drive user research, usability testing and design refinement, using feedback and data to keep improving the experience.
• Lead the development and governance of our design system, building consistency through standards, patterns and reusable components.
• Partner with Experience, Product and Digital teams to align design with member journeys and business priorities.
• Work closely with engineers to make sure designs are deliverable and brought to life as intended.
