Job summary

Royal Automobile Club of WA Inc. in Perth is seeking a Member Solutions Consultant to join our West Perth Contact Centre in September.

You will be the first point of contact for RAC members, delivering supportive conversations and tailored solutions to around 50-60 members each day. This full-time role includes comprehensive training, ongoing development, and shifts including nights, weekends and public holidays where applicable.

Qualifications

• Strong computer literacy and the ability to confidently navigate multiple systems while engaging with members.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with KPIs and sales targets, both individually and as part of a team.
• Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to build rapport.
• Empathy and resilience when supporting members through challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for around 50-60 RAC members each day, providing support, guidance and reassurance.
• Grow knowledge of RAC products and services through comprehensive training and ongoing development.
• Navigate multiple systems to deliver high-quality conversations and tailored solutions.
• Meet compliance requirements set by regulatory standards and team KPIs.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to achieve customer satisfaction and growth.
