Job summary

Revo Fitness is seeking a Member Experience Lead to help drive our growth as we open new clubs across Australia. In this casual role you will be the primary point of contact for members, ensuring a welcoming, high-quality experience that aligns with our brand and values.

You will work with the Club Manager to maintain a clean, safe gym environment, support member journeys, and contribute to a positive team culture. Relevant First Aid & CPR certification is required before starting.

Qualifications

• Alignment with Revo's Brand, Values, and Behaviours is essential.
• Proven customer service experience with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication and conflict management skills.
• Initiative and a proactive approach to exceed member expectations.
• Current First Aid & CPR Certification required prior to starting.
• Previous customer service experience is highly regarded, but not required.

• Quality Member Experience: be the primary contact for members and ensure personalised support aligned with brand.

• Club Presentation: maintain cleanliness, organisation, and equipment functionality.

• Reporting and Administration: manage member details and confidentiality.
