Revo Fitness is seeking a casual Member Experience Lead in Australia to deliver a simple, welcoming, high‑quality member journey. You’ll be the main contact for members, ensuring personalised support and a motivating atmosphere that aligns with our values and brand.

You will work with Club Managers to uphold cleanliness, safety and equipment standards while fostering a positive team culture and confidentiality in administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for members with a personalised support approach.
• Foster a positive team culture and collaborate with Club Manager and teammates.
• Maintain high standards of club presentation, cleanliness and equipment functionality.
• Uphold health and safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Manage member data, checklists and confidentiality in reporting/administration.
