Job summary

Moama Bowling Club is seeking a friendly, customer-focused team member to welcome members and guests, handle sign-ins, and support the dining and entertainment venue along the Murray River.

You will deliver exceptional service, manage bookings for the Courtesy Bus and Bistro, respond to phone inquiries, and promote events and membership. Availability to work until 2am on weekdays and weekends is required, along with NSW RSA accreditation.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work until 2am most weekdays and weekends.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service experience is essential.
• Sound knowledge of the Echuca/Moama region.
• Full driver's licence and clean driving record.
• Current NSW RSA competency card.

Responsibilities

• Meeting and greeting members and guests with exceptional customer service and assisting them signing in to the Club
• Courtesy Bus and Bistro bookings for members and guests
• Telephone enquiries
• Membership applications and enquiries
• Picking up and setting down members and guests
• Promoting Moama Bowling Club’s promotions, events and membership
