Job summary

Moama Bowling Club, a premier dining, entertainment and sporting venue on the Murray River, is seeking exceptional customer service professionals and courtesy shuttle drivers to join our team. You will greet members and guests, manage sign-ins, bookings and enquiries, and help promote our promotions, events and memberships.

Applicants should have valid NSW RSA competency card, full drivers licence with clean record, and be available to work until 2am on most weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service experience is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Full driver’s licence and a clean driving record.
• Sound knowledge of the Echuca/Moama region.
• Current NSW RSA competency card is required.
• Availability to work until 2am most weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meeting and greeting members and guests with exceptional customer service and assisting sign-in.
• Courtesy Bus and Bistro bookings for members and guests.
• Answering telephone enquiries.
• Handling membership applications and enquiries.
• Collecting and dropping off members and guests.
• Promoting club promotions, events and membership.

Responsibilities include...

• Meeting and greeting members and guests with exceptional customer service and assisting them signing in to the Club
• Courtesy Bus and Bistro bookings for members and guests
• Telephone enquiries
• Membership applications and enquiries
• Picking up and setting down members and guests
• Promoting Moama Bowling Club’s promotions, events and membership

You'll need...

• Must be available to work until 2am most weekdays and weekends
• Excellent communication skills
• Exceptional previous customer service experience is essential
• Sound knowledge of the Echuca/Moama region
• Full drivers licence and clean driving record
