Job summary

Moama Bowling Club, a stunning multi-purpose dining, entertainment and sporting venue on the Murray River, is seeking exceptional customer service professionals and courtesy shuttle drivers to join our team. Responsibilities include greeting members and guests, managing courtesy bus and Bistro bookings, handling membership inquiries, picking up and dropping off guests, and promoting club events.

Requirements: availability to work until 2am on weekdays and weekends, proven customer service

Qualifications

• Must have exceptional customer service experience.
• Full drivers licence and clean driving record.

We are now looking for exceptional customer service professionals & courtesy shuttle drivers to join our Club.

Responsibilities include...

• Meeting and greeting members and guests with exceptional customer service and assisting them signing in to the Club
• Courtesy Bus and Bistro bookings for members and guests
• Membership applications and enquiries
• Picking up and setting down members and guests
• Promoting Moama Bowling Club’s promotions, events and membership

You'll need...

• Must be available to work until 2am most weekdays and weekends
• Exceptional previous customer service experience is essential
• Sound knowledge of the Echuca/Moama region
• Full drivers licence and clean driving record
