Job summary

Moama Bowling Club in New South Wales is seeking friendly Gaming and Bar Attendants to join our dynamic team. You’ll deliver high levels of service on the gaming floor and at the bars, handle cash securely and respond to guest inquiries with confidence.

Applicants must hold a NSW RC G certificate and RSA, be available for nights, weekends and public holidays, and present a professional appearance with strong communication skills. Prior gaming experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Current NSW RCG certificate required.
• Current NSW RSA certificate required.
• Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Proven cash handling experience with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Delivering high levels of customer service on Gaming Floor and Bars.
• Cash handling duties and accurate transaction processing.
• Responding to gaming enquiries and assisting guests confidently.
• Operating Keno and cashier services.
• Carrying out poker machine maintenance and providing drink service.
• Supporting the Gaming team with bar service.
• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Following RSA, RCG and Club compliance procedures.

We’re currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Gaming and Bar Attendants to join our dynamic team.

What you’ll be doing

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll play a key part in creating a welcoming and professional experience for our members and guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering high levels of customer service on the Gaming Floor and Bars
• Cash handling duties and accurate transaction processing
• Responding to gaming enquiries and assisting guests with confidence
• Operating Keno and cashier services
• Carrying out poker machine maintenance and providing drink service
• Supporting the Gaming team with bar service
• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards
• Following all RSA, RCG and Club compliance procedures

What we’re looking for

• A current NSW Responsible Conduct of Gaming Certificate (RCG)
• A current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)
• Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A professional standard of personal presentation
• Proven cash handling experience with accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Previous gaming experience (highly regarded but not essential)
