The Commons is a vibrant community space in Sydney where entrepreneurs and curious minds collaborate and grow under a common roof. We seek a dedicated Community Lead to nurture member experiences, oversee events, and drive engagement across our multi-location spaces.

You will build relationships with members, coordinate events, and ensure smooth daily operations, while shaping an inclusive, high-energy environment that reflects our values.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport easily.
• Experience in event management and organisation.
• Hands-on approach to daily responsibilities.
• Passionate about creating an outstanding member experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, fostering a warm, welcoming environment.
• Lead and coordinate member events and workshops in line with The Commons brand.
• Oversee operations, facilities, and maintenance to ensure a high-quality workspace.
• Respond to member inquiries promptly and professionally; manage CRM records.
• Support the Community Manager with scheduling and daily operations.
