You will own end-to-end sales and operations, lead Location Managers and Member Services, and manage revenue budgets across Melbourne sites, while delivering a premium member experience and upholding Clarence’s service standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in operations, serviced offices or a client-facing leadership role.
• Proven P&L management.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive growth.
• Background in serviced office/hospitality/professional services; legal sector experience valued.
• Coworking/flexible workspace experience is an advantage.
• Qualifications in Business/Management/Admin are a bonus, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales process across Melbourne locations – enquiries, tours, proposals, negotiation and close for offices, virtual offices, meeting rooms, events and services.
• Deliver tours that showcase the Clarence value proposition.
• Maintain a disciplined CRM pipeline with high conversion from inquiry to close.
• Build referral networks across legal, real estate and office brokerage sectors to generate leads.
• Lead renewals and renegotiate member agreements when due.
• Partner with Location Managers to upsell Clarence products and drive ancillary revenue.
