Job summary

Wood in Melbourne is seeking a Discipline Civil/Structural Engineer to join our team, reporting to the Lead Civil/Structural Engineer. You will develop designs for brownfields modification projects in compliance with local laws and industry codes and standards.

Based in Melbourne, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver civil/structural engineering deliverables, including drainage, foundation and landslip remedial scopes, while supporting FEED and EXECUTE project phases.

Qualifications

• Must be degree qualified with at least 5 years’ experience in discipline Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Experience in FEED and EXECUTE project phases is essential.
• Prior site construction experience would be highly regarded.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop civil/structural engineering deliverables design, including drainage, foundation and landslip remedial scopes.
• Interface with other engineering disciplines to ensure design impacts are fully considered.
