StackAdapt is seeking a Sales Director, Victoria, to lead and scale our sales organization across Victoria, spanning Holdco and Independent agency segments. You will build a team of top sellers, craft go-to-market strategies, and expand StackAdapt’s footprint in the Victorian agency market with data-driven solutions.

You will collaborate with Product, Solutions, and Account Management to deliver innovative advertising solutions and drive revenue, strategic growth, and client success in a dynamic

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading a sales team across Holdco and Independent agency segments.
• Experience embedding a tech solution across Holdco and Independent agencies.
• Strong leadership with ability to scale high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
• Excellent communication to articulate complex solutions to executives.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pitch, and close new business with Holdco and Independent agencies across Victoria.
• Own and exceed revenue targets through pipeline generation and conversion.
• Lead new logo acquisition and expand StackAdapt’s presence in the Victoria market.
• Collaborate with Product, Solutions, and Marketing to deliver client-centric solutions.
• Represent StackAdapt with senior stakeholders and industry leaders.
