Formación

• 10+ years in Transfer Agency/Collective Investment Service ops.
• Experience with AML/KYC, FATCA/CRS in at least one jurisdiction.
• Proven ability to lead large, global teams.
• Strong regulatory liaison with regulators.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsabilidades

• Enhance service offering through regulatory and industry knowledge.
• Drive excellence and high client service levels.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and cost reduction.
• Lead standardised best-practice service models across locations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk controls.
• Mentor and develop team; conduct regular one-to-one sessions.
• Escalate and resolve issues; monitor progress with KPIs.
