Job summary

Citigroup in Melbourne is seeking a Senior AU/NZ Transfer Agency and Collective Investment Service Operational Oversight Lead to drive execution of strategic operations across Australia and the region. You will lead delivery of key projects, design end-state operating models, and partner with TA Technology, Global Change and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Transfer Agency and Collective Investment Service operational experience.
• 6+ years of managerial leadership experience.
• Experience with AML/KYC, FATCA/CRS reporting in at least one jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Continually enhance the Transfer Agency and Collective Investment Service offering through knowledge of regulators, industry and the regulatory environment.
• Drive and encourage a culture of excellence and consistently deliver high levels of client service.
• Identify and validate opportunities for efficiency, automation and cost reduction within each operational function.
• Work with senior operational management to deliver standardized best-practice service models.
• Implement risk management controls across locations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
