Job summary

Lotus People in Melbourne, VIC seeks an experienced Operations Project Manager to drive national projects across readiness, service improvement and transformation. Reporting to a General Manager, you will coordinate complex site operations and a CRM migration with internal and external partners.

You will lead planning, manage multiple workstreams and engage senior stakeholders. This office-based role from 9am-5pm Mon-Fri offers an initial 6-month temporary contract with potential to extend to 12

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management or operational project delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence senior leaders and partners.
• Excellent planning, organisational and problem-solving skills and delivery focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead national operational readiness planning across states/sites.
• Establish clear project plans, responsibilities and deadlines.
• Drive a national field service improvement project with resource allocation.
• Support an operational transformation program and CRM migrations.
• Coordinate a CRM platform migration with external partners and internal teams.
• Manage multiple concurrent project workstreams and ensure deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with state leaders and offshore teams to communicate decisions.
• Maintain plans, trackers and portfolio reporting for senior leadership.
• Translate project requirements into practical delivery plans with cross-functional teams.
