Job summary

Asahi Beverages Group is seeking an experienced Commercial Business Analyst for the B2B Customer Portal transformation in Melbourne. You will lead discovery, current-state analysis and business requirements to ensure portal capabilities meet business needs and are delivered effectively.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Customer Portal, you will partner with commercial stakeholders, Transformation Managers, Technical BAs, and Change teams to translate needs into actionable requirements and drive

Qualifications

5+ years’ experience as a Senior or Lead Business Analyst in complex transformation programmes.
Hands-on experience with B2B portals offering eCommerce and services.
Strong analytical skills; translate business needs into actionable requirements.
Experience delivering large, multi-year digital transformation programmes.
Technical comfort discussing system and integration topics.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery and current-state analysis to define business problems, needs and outcomes.
Own commercial business requirements end-to-end, ensuring clarity and traceability.
Collaborate with Technical BAs to translate requirements into deliverables.
Support business readiness and adoption with Change teams.
Assess solution impacts across people, process, technology and data.
Support testing and validate solutions against business requirements and obtain sign-off.
Build stakeholder alignment across Commercial, CX and Delivery teams.
