FNZ is seeking an experienced Senior Risk & Compliance Manager to join the APAC Risk & Compliance team in Melbourne. This 2LOD role provides independent oversight, practical advice and constructive challenge across FNZ’s wealth management platform, administration and custody services, focused on regulatory change and risk management.

You will work with senior stakeholders to ensure regulatory obligations are understood, manage risks, oversee incidents, breaches and remediation, and contribute to

• Strong knowledge of the Australian financial services regulatory environment.
• Experience operating in a second-line risk or compliance function.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical advice.

• Provide independent second-line risk and compliance advice across FNZ’s Australian business.

• Monitor regulatory developments in financial services, wealth management, and superannuation; assess impacts.
