University of Technology Sydney (UTS) is seeking a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Specialist for a two-year contract. The role focuses on designing MEL frameworks, measuring impact in AI policy and governance, and communicating findings to government, industry and civil society.

It is predominantly on-campus with one day remote. The successful candidate will engage senior stakeholders, develop qualitative and quantitative metrics, and deliver day-to-day MEL activities with clear reporting

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated skill in the design, development and delivery of MEL strategies and frameworks.
• Experience applying MEL thinking to policy, governance, AI, and technology development.
• Ability to engage diverse stakeholders including senior leaders in industry and government.
• Proven capacity to communicate MEL findings through formal reports and narratives.
