Halter in Melbourne is seeking a Territory Growth Manager to drive sales across Central & East Melbourne in the medical devices sector. You’ll manage an established territory, service existing accounts, and secure new business, working autonomously with a clinical specialist support.

The role offers a base salary of $130K plus super and a car allowance, with OTE over $160K and uncapped commissions. On-call weekends are compensated at $300, and a hybrid, flexible working arrangement with strong

Qualifications

• Sales experience in medical devices or healthcare preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Able to work autonomously in field-based role.
• Willing to travel across Central & Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

Responsabilités

• Manage and grow an established territory across Central & East Melbourne.
• Service existing accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with surgeons, theatre staff, and hospital procurement teams.
• Provide clinical and product support in theatre when required.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless supply, product availability, and service excellence.
• Participate in on-call roster (every third weekend) with compensation of $300 per weekend.
