Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Bids & Contracts Specialist to join our Sydney team. You will support tender submissions and contract management across Australia & New Zealand, coordinating with stakeholders to position the business for success.

With a degree and at least 3 years in tendering and contracts, you will drive compliant, high-quality responses and maintain meticulous documentation while collaborating across functions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified with minimum 3 years’ experience in a tendering and contracts management role.
• Experience in a large complex organisation within medical devices is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation and submission of tender responses across Australia & New Zealand.
• Assist in management of public contract lifecycles, including awards, extensions and pricing queries.
• Contribute to pre-tender planning with market intelligence and stakeholder coordination.
• Build relationships with internal teams and external procurement stakeholders.
• Maintain tender and contract documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
