Job summary

Simonds Homes is seeking a Medium Density Designer to lead design delivery for national medium density products. Based at the Collins Square Docklands office, you will work with internal teams, suppliers and developers to ensure innovative, buildable designs aligned with market needs.

• A balance of creative thinking and practical problem solving.
• Relevant drafting and design qualifications, with an architectural degree and ARBV registration highly regarded

THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Medium Density Designer at Simonds, you will play a key role in delivering and evolving our national medium density product offering, from concept through to construction. Working closely with internal teams, suppliers and developers, you will ensure designs are innovative, buildable and aligned to market needs.

This is a full-time role based at our new Collins Square office in the Docklands.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the design and delivery of medium density projects, ensuring compliance, quality and consistency
• Coordinating new product ranges, including concept plans, façades and frontages

WHO YOU ARE

You are an experienced designer with a strong background in medium density residential projects and a passion for creating well considered, market leading homes.

You will bring:
