Icarus Greek Restaurant is seeking an experienced Chef to join our kitchen team in Brisbane. You will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes while upholding our standards and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.

Key responsibilities include cooking to high standards, assisting with daily operations, maintaining consistency in quality and safety, managing stock, and collaborating with the team to deliver excellent service during peak times.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience working as a Chef in a restaurant or similar commercial kitchen.
• Relevant culinary qualifications or equivalent practical experience.
• Sound knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
• The ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A positive attitude, reliability and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
• Experience in Greek or Mediterranean cuisine will be considered a distinct advantage.
