Job summary

Bathurst Hospital is seeking a Nephrologist/Gen Med Consultant for a 6-month contract in Bathurst, NSW. The role is on-site with a Monday–Friday schedule from 08:00 to 16:30, plus one weekend roster per month and one on-call shift weekly.

The position offers a daily rate of AUD 2,000 and the possibility of a 6-month extension. The successful candidate will oversee the dialysis unit, provide care for dialysis and renal patients, and support General Medicine services as required, including weekly

Job description

This hospital consists of an emergency department and inpatient beds, as well as community health services. Also located on site is Daffodil Cottage, which provides cancer care services.

Join the Bathurst Hospital team as a Nephrologist/ Gen Med Consultant on a 6-month contract, with the possibility of 6-month extension.

Position Details

• Monday to Friday, 0800 1630
• $2000 per day
• One weekend rostered approximately every month
• One on-call shift per week
