Qualitas Health Care Australia is seeking a Medical Receptionist / Practice Supervisor for our Capalaba, Queensland start-up. You will manage day-to-day operations, support our healthcare professionals, and report to the Director of Operations.

You will supervise HR, maintain financial records, drive business development, and ensure quality standards to deliver excellent patient care across the clinic.

Qualifications

• Proven Management and Leadership experience in the healthcare industry.
• Patient-focused approach to service provision.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience in setting up a new Medical Practice is desirable.
