Job summary

Capital Radiology is seeking a Medical Receptionist for its Sydenham or Altona Clinic. The role covers front desk, patient greeting, appointment scheduling, and Medicare rebate processing in a small, supportive team within a fast-paced clinic.

Flexibility to travel to support nearby west clinics and a strong customer service background are valued. Full training and career development are offered.

About The Role

Excellent opportunity for a customer service superstar to join our small supportive team as a Medical Receptionist in our fast-paced clinic, located at Sydenham or Altona Clinic in a full-timecapacity. The role also requires flexibility to travel and support nearby west clinics when required.

• Managing all phone enquiries in a timely, professional and confidential manner
• Front of house reception / greeting patients upon arrival
• Schedule appointments for patients and referrers
• Issue patient invoices/receipts and process Medicare rebates as required
• Enter and update patient registration details
• Ensure the reception and waiting area is clean and presentable at all times

You Will Have
