Job summary

ForHealth Group is seeking a casual Medical Receptionist for our Riverway practice in Queensland. You will be the welcoming face at the front desk, handling patient check-ins, and supporting healthcare professionals with general administration.

The role requires excellent customer service, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a busy reception. Prior Pracsoft/Medtech knowledge is an advantage, and professional presentation is essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is advantageous for front-desk roles.
• Excellent communication skills, including a professional telephone manner.
• Detail-oriented and accurate data entry is essential.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a busy reception.
• Knowledge of Pracsoft/Medtech is an advantage for clinical admin.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a casual Medical Receptionist to join our Riverway practice to be a key team member working collaboratively within the practice, providing high quality customer service all patients.This role will see you managing a busy front desk reception, welcoming patients to the Centre, supporting health care professionals as well as general administration duties.
