Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, timely medical information to healthcare professionals, patients, and internal stakeholders via phone, email, and other channels.
• Handle and triage medical enquiries, escalating complex cases when required.
• Conduct literature searches (PubMed/MEDLINE) and support evidence-based responses.
• Deliver scientific and technical information via written and verbal channels.
• Support translation activities (English to Japanese).
• Identify and report adverse events and product complaints in line with regulations.
• Collaborate across teams and participate in quality, compliance, and continuous learning activities.
