Job summary

ResMed in Western Australia is seeking a Customer Support specialist to handle customer inquiries across channels, process orders, manage warranty questions and provide timely data entry and issue resolution.

You will identify sales opportunities from enquiries, deliver first-line technical and clinical assistance, escalate complex issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high service levels and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
• Broad knowledge of routines and procedures to handle day to day situations.
• Will generally only require instructions on new assignments.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries related to ResMed products, services, warranty, order processing and data entry.
• Resolve general complaints and identify sales opportunities from customer enquiries.
• Provide first-line technical and clinical assistance and escalate to relevant teams when needed.
• Communicate with customers daily via telephone, email, chat or social media.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet service and sales goals and document issues in the ticketing system.
