Australian Clinical Labs in Sydney, NSW is seeking a part-time Medical Courier driver to join our team in Bella Vista. This role involves pickup and delivery of pathology specimens, stock, and other items to doctors, collection centres and hospitals.

As a Medical Courier, you will handle routes that may cover large distances with strict timelines, requiring reliable time management and professional client interaction. Prior courier experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• A demonstrated safe driving history and adherence to safe driving practices.
• High attention to detail and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• An enthusiastic and flexible approach to work.
• High level of customer service skills.
• Availability to work any shift Monday to Sunday.
• Compliance with all Company policies, including zero tolerance and a non-smoking workplace.
• Ability to follow route and time schedule as provided.
• Ability to load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate Australian Clinical Labs delivery vehicle.
• Resolve clients’ complaints (where applicable) in a professional manner.
• Rights to work in Australia.

Job description

We are seeking a part-time Medical Courier driver to join our dedicated team within Bella Vista, NSW. Medical Couriers are responsible for pickup and delivery of pathology specimens, stock and other items to doctors, collection centres and hospitals.

Medical Courier routes may cover large distances and have strict timelines, so high level time management skills are essential. The successful applicant represents Clinical Laboratories to a large number of our clients and so excellent communication, professionalism and customer service skills are essential.

The successful applicants will be required to be available to work weekdays and weekends, day and evening shifts. Experience is preferred but not essential.
