Queensland X-Ray is seeking a Medical Administrator to join our Toowoomba team on a full-time rotating roster, with shifts from 7am to 9pm, Monday to Friday, and occasional weekend work.

Based in Toowoomba/Darling Downs, you will handle reception, patient check-in, scheduling and general admin tasks in a radiology setting.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated reception experience within a radiology or specialist practice is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to deliver a high level of patient care and customer service.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling patient information.

Responsibilities

• Manage front-desk duties and patient check-in in a radiology setting.
• Coordinate bookings and maintain patient records with accuracy.
• Provide compassionate service and liaise with referrers and clinical staff.
• Support administrative tasks as part of a busy team.

About The Role

We are seeking a Medical Administrator to join our Toowoomba team on a full time basis. This role is offered on a rotating roster with shifts varying hours throughout the week, 7am to 9pm, Monday to Friday, and occasional weekend work required.

This position has become available due to business expansion. The team in Toowoomba are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the team.
