Southern Cross Austereo (SCA) is seeking a Media Sales Representative for its Toowoomba team. You will build strong client relationships, identify opportunities, and deliver tailored advertising solutions across Seven, 7plus, LiSTNR and more. You’ll lead cross‑platform campaigns and grow revenue with proactive prospecting.

We’re on the lookout for a Media Sales Representative to join our high‑performing Sales team in Toowoomba!

You’ll join a high-performing sales team focused on driving new business and revenue growth across Southern Cross Media Group's leading media brands. Using your proven sales experience, you’ll build strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities and develop tailored advertising solutions that deliver results.

What does your day to day look like?

• Build and manage strong relationships with clients, agencies and key stakeholders to understand business objectives and deliver effective advertising solutions.
• Sell integrated advertising opportunities across Seven, 7plus, Channel 10, LiSTNR, the Hit and Triple M networks, and Total TV, creating impactful cross‑platform campaigns.
• Identify, secure and grow new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking and face‑to‑face client meetings.
• Collaborate with internal creative, campaign and commercial teams to develop tailored solutions that drive client success and revenue growth.
• Maintain accurate CRM records while actively participating in sales training and professional development to continuously enhance performance and market knowledge.

What you’ll need:

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, and emotional intelligence, with the ability to engage and influence target audiences.
• Experience in identifying client needs and designing tailored solutions, ideally within the media or advertising industry.
• Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to maximize value for both clients and the business.
• 2-3 years of business‑to‑business selling and new business development experience, with a proven track record of success.
